L\u2019issue est fatale. Le traitement vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire au minimum l\u2019accumulation de d\u00e9chets toxiques dans le sang, \u00e0 maintenir une hydratation ad\u00e9quate, \u00e0 corriger les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres \u00e9lectrolytiques, \u00e0 soutenir la fonction r\u00e9nale par une nutrition appropri\u00e9e, \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser la tension art\u00e9rielle et \u00e0 ralentir la progression de la maladie r\u00e9nale.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #171b4b;\">En raison des complications qui peuvent en d\u00e9couler, il est essentiel de surveiller les signes cliniques et l\u2019\u00e9tat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du chat atteint d&#8217;IRC.
