PENHOLD VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT RECEIVES PET OXYGEN MASKS

It’s a welcome donation for the Penhold Volunteer Fire Department.
The goal of the Project Breathe™ Program from Invisible Fence has a goal to ensure every fire department and rescue unit is equipped with life-saving pet oxygen masks.
The Penhold Volunteer Fire Department has received one kit of small, medium and large pet oxygen masks from Invisible Fence of Western Canada to use for attempting to reviving pets that have been trapped in a fire.
“Being a small department the only way we can cover extra ordinary equipment and costs is through donations and we greatly appreciate Invisible Fence Brand and their Project Breathe,” said Deputy Fire Chief Sean Pendergast.
“This will help us greatly as the oxygen masks that we use do no adapt well to pets,” says Penhold Fire Department Medical Officer Justin Graham.
Through Project Breathe Invisible Fence has donated 180 masks to fire departments in Alberta.
